The treatment plant for the IPTC – INSTITUTO PROFESIONAL Y TÉCNICO DE COLÓN project is an anaerobic filter system.
It has a total capacity for 3,000 people.
The plant is made up of 2 parallel modules. No electric motors are installed, as it benefits from the slope so that the wastewater enters and leaves the plant treated by gravity, with an interesting cost saving compared to a traditional aerobic plant.
